1) All potential buyers must be able to document reasonable ability to purchase the property. The property will not be shown without this documentation.


2) At least 24 hours notice will be given for all requested previews. Previews will be scheduled through the listing agent office at Prudential Indiana. Dick Richwine and Greg Cooper must be contacted at 317.441.7166 to schedule all previews.


3) All previews must be during the regular work week unless a special exception is given by the current owner and listing agent.


4) As previews are scheduled, listing office must be made aware of exactly who will be on premises prior to the preview. No exceptions. If additional personal will be previewing with a prospective purchaser, the listing agents must be notified in advance
